Very welcoming, accommodating professional and friendly staff. The decor is very pleasing, modern and fresh. The location and atmosphere are great. The food terrific. Tours booked from here are authentic and reputable. We were extremely pleased with everything offered at The Rising Dragon 2. The duty manager is an asset to this hotel. Highly recommended.

Everything about this hotel was spot on. Tony and his staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. We were excited to find a computer with free internet access in our spacious and spotless room. The hotel is quite new and has a lift, a safe in the room, a huge comfy bed and a big flat screen tv. The detailed maps we were given, came in handy for when we got lost getting in to and out of the Old Quarter. On Tony's recommendation, we went to the NGM restaurant, near the Hoa Lo prison, and had the most delicious (and cheap) Vietnamese meal. Tony organised our trip to Halong Bay and our flight to Danang. The hotel also looked after our large packs (at no cost) while we were In Halong Bay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with a US$40.00 a night budget.
